Growing up, Dr. Uddin always had a fascination with science and a passion for helping others. It was this combination that led him to pursue a career in dentistry.
After earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo (2013) Dr. Uddin completed a General Practice Residency at Faxton St. Luke’s Healthcare in Utica, NY allowing him to offer comprehensive services to patients of all ages. With a passion for dentistry and a commitment to ongoing education, he stays at the forefront of the latest advancements in dental techniques and technology, providing exceptional dental care with a gentle touch.
Dr. Uddin believes in the importance of patient education and takes the time to thoroughly explain treatment options and answer any questions to ensure each patient feels empowered to make informed decisions about their oral health. From digital smile design to minimally invasive procedures, he employs modern techniques to deliver superior results while prioritizing patient comfort and satisfaction.
Beyond his technical expertise, Dr. Uddin is known for his friendly demeanor and knack for putting even the most anxious patients at ease. He understands that dental visits can be daunting for some, which is why he and his team have created a sleek, modern office environment designed to enhance relaxation and minimize stress.
When he’s not in the office, Dr. Uddin enjoys spending time with his family, exploring the outdoors, hiking, traveling and working out.

Dr. Grover began his career as a dentist in Middletown NY and New York City. He gained his clinical and administrative experience working for Dr. Duggal. Using the experience he gained early in his career he established his practice in Stamford CT.
Dr. Grover has been serving the local Middletown community for the past 8 years. With his team of doctors he is able to provide the highest quality of dental care to patients of all ages.
Dr. Grover joined 211 Dental Center again in 2022 providing Dental Implants and Invisalign.
He studied at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine where he earned his dental degree with honors. He regularly attends educational seminars and workshops to stay up to date with the latest advancement in dentistry. He is a member of the American Dental Association, AAID and the Connecticut Dental Association.
Dr. Grover is a dad to his beautiful 3 years old daughter. He enjoys being a dad and spending his weekends with his family.
Dr. Paul Duggal
With over 37 years of experience in the Middletown area, Dr. Paul Duggal is a compassionate dentist who offers comprehensive, high quality gentle dental care in his state-of-the-art practice.
Dr. Duggal completed his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at NYU Dental School in 1980. He is a member of the American Dental Association, New York State Dental Association and 9th District Dental Society.
Dr. Duggal and his staff are proud of the warm, patient-friendly environment they have created and of the lifelong relationships they have built with multi-generational families in the area. Dr. Duggal welcomes patients of all ages and looks forward to meeting you and offering you the professional, caring and pain free oral health care that you deserve.
Dr. Duggal even though retired from active clinical practice, he is still fully involved in the management of 211 Dental Center.
Dr. Duggal loves to travel and enjoy his free time with his grand children and family.
